YOU ARE A WORK IN PROGRESS!
You are a work in progress
Try and remember that when you’re heading for your next big goal – when it feels like it’s way out of reach, and you are far away from achieving it.
If there’s something you want to create, something you want to achieve, and you feel like you’re a huge distance from it, and focusing on all of the things you haven’t yet done, you’ve got to do, the knowledge you’ve have to get, and there are loads of other people up there already achieving it, that’s all of the stuff that causes anxiety and takes the joy out of the process.
Focusing on all of that could also actually stop you from getting there in the long run.
So come back to the here and now, who you are, what you have already achieved and the things you are doing right here, right now.
